Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Your use of Elemental Crystals and website, elementalcrystals.com and the purchase of products from us means that you agree in full to these terms and conditions.

Shopping with Elemental Crystals –

  • You can order products online, over the phone and in store.
  • Once you have placed an order and completed the payment, you’ll automatically receive a Confirmation Email to the address you provided at checkout. This simply states we have received your order and are processing it; make sure to check back for any other communications in case one or more of the items you ordered has run out of stock.
  • Once we have shipped your order, you’ll receive a further confirmation email, feel free to contact us if you wish to know when to expect your order.
  • Elemental Crystals reserve the right to cancel an order, in whole or part, if required of us, a full refund will be provided.
  • All orders are processed individually, and thus cannot be combined together after checkout; nor can alterations be made to the order.

Pricing & Payment –

  • All items must be paid in full before delivery.
  • The prices on the website do not include VAT at the current rate or any Local Sales Taxes.
  • We strive to make sure all prices shown on the website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product within your order you’ll be informed, with a refund being provided if required; We do not request you pay the difference if it is a higher rate, but the item would be updated for following customers.
  • When placing an order through the website, you’ll automatically be charged for Postage and Packing based on the Delivery Address; We may request further payment if there is a change to the Delivery Address.
  • If you feel you’ve been incorrectly charged for Postage & Packaging, please notify us via the Contact Us page so we can investigate this.
  • You are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in your respective countries; We advise consulting your Local Customs Office for further information.
  • ‘Sale Prices’ are typically listed during Sale Events and are only valid within these days.
  • Payments can be completed via Debit or Credit Card, or PayPal, through various gateways at checkout.
  • If selecting ‘Local Collection’ please be aware of our opening times, found on our ‘Contact Us’ page, and that there is a two week maximum of holding your items before they’re returned to sale again with a refund to the value of Total Value -10% being provided. This 10% is held as a re-stocking fee.

Responsibilities, Copyright & Disclaimers –

  • We have tried to make descriptions and pictures of the products as accurate as possible, you may request exact sizes at any point.
  • We are not liable in any amount for failure to perform as we should set out in the terms of this agreement if such failure is caused to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to Internet Outages, Communication Outages & Acts of Nature.
  • Elementalcrystals.com (Elemental Crystals) may provide links to other websites for which we are not under the control of. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
  • Subject as aforesaid, Elemental Crystals excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Elemental Crystals and as such Elemental Crystals shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation in relation to.
