- Elemental Crystals ships to most countries worldwide.
- The cost of delivery will be automatically shown at checkout once you have entered your Delivery Address.
- We aim to ship all orders within one working day; this may be extended during exceptionally busy periods.
- Delays may also happen further if there is an error on behalf of the courier.
- We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives in a quick and timely manner, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
- If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame (See bottom of page), please contact us by email quoting your order number so that we can contact the selected courier for an update.
- When ordering, ensure you give plenty of time with the possibility of a delay to prevent any loss or disappointment.
- Ensure someone will be at home to sign for the delivery or you that have the ability to collect from the local Courier Depot as all orders are required to be signed for by yourself.
- We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) under any circumstances, the order will be cancelled immediately and a full refund provided.
- We are unable to request the courier to leave the item in a ‘Safe Location’.
- Elemental Crystals Ltd accepts no liability for Lost or Delayed Items if ‘International Standard Small Parcel’ is selected at checkout. We will compensate as appropriate in accordance if damaged in shipment.
